Our Process
6 Easy steps to a custom marine floor
Step 1 (Quoting):
The customer provides the year, make, and model of boat they are looking to add SeaDek Marine Products to. A estimate is generated and provided the customer by email for approval.
Step 2 (Appointment):
The customer approves the quote and we setup an appointment to digitally scan the boat flooring to the areas the customer is asking to cover with SeaDek. A 50% deposit is required prior to scanning the floor.
Step 3 (Digital Scan):
You have the flexibility to stop by our shop or let us come to you. Every boat receives a full assessment, including digital measurements using cutting-edge technology, ensuring a precise, factory-quality fit. We provide physical color and texture samples so you can choose the perfect combination for your boat. Please note that some colors may take longer to source, which could slightly delay your project, but we’ll guide you every step of the way to make sure your boat looks exactly how you envisioned.

Step 4 (Design): Typically 1 week
Once you have chosen your combination, patterns, and logos the design is created. The customer will be provided a design proof for approval. Once proof is approved, 80% the invoice is collected prior to fabricating the

Step 5 (Fabrication):
The material is then placed on the CNC machine for a clean and crisp look.

Step 6 (Install):
A appointment is made to have the new SeaDek installed to add comfort, safety, and custom look to your boat. The final 20% of the invoice is collected by the customer. 
We strive to have your project installed within 2-3 weeks of time of approval.
